Laboratory Introduction
The laboratory of Jiangsu Weida Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 10 million RMB and nearly 50 sets of various testing and experimental equipment. This laboratory mainly undertakes static parameter testing, EMC testing, product reliability testing (PC/HTRB/HTGB/TC/PCT/UHAST/HTSL/HTSL/LTSL/THT/H3TRB/RSH/SD), product failure analysis (FA) and other projects of semiconductor discrete devices (silicon controlled rectifier, MOSFET, transient suppression diode, triode, semiconductor discharge tube and other products). There are 5 laboratories with an area of about 600 square meters. There are 3 fixed personnel in the laboratory, including 1 senior engineer and 2 engineers.
