What is a transistor in a chip?
From the English explanation, the transistor (transistor) can be seen as a transfer (transfer)-resistor (resistor) combination, it is a kind of conditioning current or voltage installation, can switch or amplify the signal, as the basic element in the integrated circuit, the integrated circuit is composed of a large number of transistors interconnected with the circuit. The transistors in the latest Intel CPUs look like this:

Introduction of Fabrication Method of Semiconductor-discharge Tube
The application of the new touch for the maintenance of communication equipment discharge tube, detailed is a kind of semiconductor discharge tube. The discharge tube is a commonly used overvoltage maintenance device in modern communication equipment, which can prevent the communication equipment from being damaged by lightning strike and surge. At present, the conductors in the wired communication network are metal wires and optical fibers. The conductors are installed outdoors, which will inevitably be affected and destroyed by nature and man-made. Lightning, power line induction and touch will introduce communication equipment to form communication equipment damage or casualties. With the development of modern communication industry, people pay more and more attention to the maintenance of communication equipment. The International Telecommunication Union and China have successively formulated corresponding specifications, requesting that telecommunication equipment must be designed with measures to prevent lightning strikes, power surges, power line sensing and power line touching. Only after passing through relevant specifications can they enter the network and use them.

What is the difference between a transistor and a mos tube?
The MOS transistor is a metal-oxide-semiconductor (semiconductor) field effect transistor, or metal-insulator (insulator)-semiconductor. The source and drain of MOS tube can be switched. They are both N-type regions formed in P-type backgate. In most cases, the two regions are the same, even if the two ends are switched, the performance of the device will not be affected. Such devices are thought to be symmetrical.

What are the precautions for the use of solid state relays?
Speaking of relays, we all know that it is an electrical control device, and this time we have to say solid state relays. So what is a solid state relay after all? What are the precautions for the use of solid state relays? Let's understand together. Solid state relay (SOLIDSTATERELAYS, hereinafter abbreviated as "SSR") is a new type of non-contact switching device composed of all solid state electronic components. It applies the switching characteristics of electronic components (such as switching triode, triac and other semiconductor devices) to connect and disconnect the circuit without contact and spark, so it is also called "non-contact switch". The solid state relay is a four-terminal active device, two of which are input control terminals and the other two are output controlled terminals. It has both amplification and isolation effects. It is suitable for driving high-power switch-type actuators. Compared with electromagnetic relays, it has higher reliability, no contact, long life, fast speed, and less interference to the outside world. Has been widely used.

Why install a radiator for solid state relays?
Why do solid-state relays and SCR modules need radiators? Since both of them use SCR as the main overcurrent device and SCR is a power device, there is a certain conduction voltage drop, that is, conduction resistance, in use. Therefore, heat is generated and cannot be distributed in time. SCR will be damaged quickly and cannot be recovered. Therefore, all the loads with a certain current should be equipped with radiator plates, and air cooling and water cooling should be added when necessary. The calorific value of the solid state relay or module is mainly related to the practical current of the driven load, but has little to do with its own current level.

What types of transistors are there?
Transistor is composed of three layers of impurity semiconductor devices, there are three electrodes, so also known as semiconductor transistor, transistor, etc., can be used for detection, rectification, amplification, switching, voltage regulator, signal modulation and many other functions. The low cost, sensitivity and robustness of transistors make them ubiquitous devices. Transistor mechatronics circuits have become electromechanical equipment control equipment to control the machine. Microcontrollers and computer programs are increasingly convenient for control systems compared to mechanical control systems. So what are the varieties of transistors? Take a look at below:
