Why do solid state relays heat up?
During normal operation of solid-state relays, there is a certain power loss on the internal chip. This power loss is mainly determined by the product of the output voltage drop and the load current, which is consumed by heating. This increases the power consumption of solid-state relays and also forms the loss of internal equipment, which reduces their own service life. Therefore, it is often customary to install heat dissipation installation when solid-state relays are operated.

Superconducting solid-state relays apply thyristor and superconducting technology, so that the temperature of the attack can be almost neglected during operation, so that its internal equipment will not reach loss, thus making its service life useful. Therefore, superconducting solid-state relays do not need to be equipped with heat dissipation installation during normal operation, and their own power consumption during operation will also be useful.
The primary solid-state relay has long life and strong reliability. SSR solid-state relay corresponds to the CDG1 series of Delixi. This solid-state relay has no mechanical parts and solid equipment to end the contact function. Since there is no movement of parts, it can operate in a high impact and vibration environment. Due to the inherent characteristics of the component equipment that makes up the solid-state relay, the solid-state relay has long service life and high reliability. Solid state relays have good flexibility, low control power and good electromagnetic compatibility. Solid state relays have a wide input voltage range, low drive power, and are compatible with most logic ICs without the need for buffers or drivers.
